Appearance[]
Normal[]
Mr. Tree is a cartoonish tree with green leaves and a brown trunk. He has 2 branches, the left one having a singular leaf. He also features a happy face with uneven eyes.
Horror[]
Mr. Tree's leaves have fallen off of his bark, and his face seems melted. The color of his trunk is now more reddish and desaturated.
Horror (Old)[]
Same, but except the mouth is more dropped open wider.
Regretful[]
Mr. Tree's leaf that was on his branch has fallen off. One of his branches is bent. He also has an unamused emotion.

Sound used is OmegaGMGS2/Percussive Organ.
