Accounts will also let you interact in diverse ways with the portal and other users. For example, you will be able to "like" World Oceans Day events submitted by other users, and contribute translations and resources to the portal. The more you interact with the portal, the more the portal will reflect you and your community.
The most active users will be awarded “Champion” accounts with access to a public profile page and other functionalities.
