For almost two decades, Zombies has been limited to multiple time periods and themes. The characters, the weapons, the maps each completely different. Now, they're all available in one package.

Project Aether is a tribute to the legacy of Call of Duty Zombies, a fan made project that unifies the entire saga in Unreal Engine 5. 

The timeline is shattered and your arsenal is limitless. Wield over 150 weapons from across every title, including entirely cut weapons and content from call of duty games that never saw the light of day such as NX1/Future Warfare.
Play your own way in an ultimate survival challenge. Project Aether also features a full levelling and store system that allows you to buy starting weapons, camo's and permanent upgrades (all toggleable at any time) using in game currency earned from simply playing the game. Don't feel like grinding? You don't need to! There's a development test map where you can freely try all 150+ weapons  and give yourself as much XP and currency as you want. Right now Project Aether features 11 maps. Jump in and see what there is to offer in this ultimate zombies experience!

Project Aether is in active, early development. This means you may encounter bugs or see features that are still a work-in-progress. It also means the game is constantly growing! Your feedback is essential for balancing, bug fixing, and deciding what features come next.

Although this game is made in Unreal Engine 5, none of the awful features like Lumen, Nanite, VSM and temporal anti-aliasing that tank performance and ruin visuals are present. Expect great performance and visuals.
