• Various special attacks can be this, specially their Ultimate Attack, like:
  • Haken delivering a barrage of attacks with Night Fowl before shooting the enemy with Longtomb Special.
  • Aschen delivering a no holds barred beatdown in her Code DTD mode.
  • Kaguya hopping from boomerang blade to boomerang blade while hitting the enemy, before delivering a splitting chop.
  • Reiji's Nicho Jyuu no Kata Tomoe in Exceed has all of him, Xiaomu, and Saya draw their guns and unleash More Dakka on everything on the screen.
  • Alady's Haou Mametsu Ken has him teaming up with Archon to deliver a No-Holds-Barred Beatdown on one enemy before knocking it into a second enemy as the momentum carries both into a nearby mountain that gets utterly demolished.
• When Haken orders his land battleship Zeit Krokodil to do a frickin' jump over to the Einst dimension.
• At the end of the final fight, the Big Bad begins regenerating for another go when Haken leaps in and interrupts it with a well-placed Last Showdown. Doubles as a Shout-Out to Namco × Capcom, as Reiji and Xiaomu perform a similar feat against that game's Big Bad.
• The Zeit Krokodil tackles the Giant Marquis, an entire city built on top of a masoleum, mounted on tank treads — and it wins!
• Haken absolutely refusing to suffer a Heroic BSoD, skipping the melodrama and going straight to the "No More Holding Back" Speech...then finding a way to turn it into a boob joke.
• In the (sadly un-localized) sequel, shortly after Axel joins, Aschen gets Brainwashed with Pete's Code PTP and was about to activate Code ATA (Ashes To Ashes). This triggers bits of Axel's memory of a previous rescue for Aschen's "sister" Lamia Loveless and he manages to re-enact the scene...''while still an amnesiac''.

• The whole final encounter with Pete Pain is one big CMOA for Axel.
  Pete: You won't be able to proceed any furter W07, and you too Haken W00!
  Axel: Hey, Haken...Can it be?
  Everyone: WHAT? Haken W00?? So he's not human?
  Haken: Hold down your horses. I'm a test-tube Baby, that's what he's talking about.
  Axel: Haken is from the W-series? W00?
  Alfimi: What is wrong Axel?
  Axel: I'm almost there.
  • Then after the battle Pete pulls a Heel–Face Turn and decide to pull a heroic sacrifice to destroy the big wall preventing everyone from proceeding.
    Axel: Are you really sure about this ? You're gonna die just being a puppet. If your creator knew this, he or she would be so sad.
    Pete: Heh...If you do meet the person who created me someday, then please give her the following message : Thank you for creating me, for giving me life, Mistress Lemon.
    Axel: LE...MON?
• Then after Axel goes silent, Kouta notices his friend hasn't talked for a few minutes. He asks what's the matter. Neige asks too what was he was talking about with Pete. Axel answers:" Nothing, Nothing at all." with his usual sad face. He just remembered Lemon, and he probably just remembered she's dead.

• And at the end, when everyone returns in the original worlds.
• Haken says Axel and him will meet again when their paths crosses again.
  • Doubles as Heartwarming too of course.
  • Then it becomes a promise he and Aschen fulfill in The Moon Dwellers.
• In Exceed, both KOS-MOS and Xiaomu lament how they were drawn back into the Endless Frontier against their will. When MOMO arrives and joins the party, she reveals that she wasn't drawn in or summoned, but used her knowledge from the events of Namco × Capcom and KOS-MOS's data from her reports on the events of the first game to actively cross worlds in searching for her. It turns Heartwarming when no one blames her for her actual arrival having bad timing.
  • Reiji does something very similar by tracking Xiaomu's energy and arrives in a Big Damn Hero Moment later on.
• MOMO gets a second one when, after feeling down for not feeling like she's been an asset to the party for a while, completely one-ups Hamelin's Loophole Abuse^note Despite being defeated in battle, he refuses to uphold his end of a bargain because he wasn't actually killed and taunts Alady for not being a true Shura about it. and steals the anti-Mild Keil glove, "Ozmagoth," from him using her Magic Caster, allowing the party to finally destroy the Black Mild Keil Stones. Comes complete with Theme Music Power-Up with the song that plays whenever KOS-MOS uses her Overdrive. Even better, nobody realizes what she did until after Hamelin is long gone.
  • Followed up immediately after when she uses it again to save Anne's life.
• Haken and Alady combining their Super Moves to deliver the finishing blow to the final boss of Exceed and seal away his powers.
