I don't know what I'm doing

It's been some time since I watched a documentary, but I really liked The Movies That Made Us and the CNN decades series. I mostly like watching ones based on historical/cultural events! Other ones I've seen can be a bit heavy to watch.
I know I'd answered his MBTI somewhere before, so I had to dig around a bit... But according to when I took the test for Devyn a few years ago, he was an INTJ! I do plan to take the test again after the full game is out.
I myself am an INTJ/INFJ.

I'm doing alright! My sleep schedule is a mess.
I actually haven't read many books in recent years outside of comics/graphic novels. Though I did pick it back up recently. I tend to read a lot of classic literature. Right now I'm reading Notes From The Underground by Dostoevsky. My taste in books is a bit particular...
And I don't mind the questions! I just might not always answer them in a timely manner. I have a whole bunch of messages to catch up on from the past year. But feel free to ask whatever and I'll do my best to get to it all eventually.

It really depends if we are talking about Devyn before or after he meets MC, but I will answer as if it's after.
Devyn: If there was anything I could do to protect the one I love from harm, I would make that my first and final priority. If our fate was inevitable, I would make sure they had the greatest last day on Earth and then... well... I'm not quite sure yet.
(I don't think he would want to share the rest of his thoughts on that lol)
As for me, I have no idea what I would do in that situation. One day really isn't enough to do everything one last time. Maybe watch my favorite movies and listen to my favorite songs. I'm sure I would be feeling very existential the whole time...

I think he'd probably be a cat! They're one of his favorite animals, and he has a similar personality to one imo. Also I think it would just be super cute to see haha

I have a ton of favorite games from all sorts of genres. I really play just about anything nowadays. Currently I spend a lot of time playing Marvel Rivals... I also like Binding of Isaac, Stardew Valley, Baldur's Gate 3, and Nintendo games!
I have a long history of gaming, so it's hard to think of an all time favorite.

I'm currently watching a playthrough of I'm Not a Human on youtube! The game seems super cool, and I love the style. I'm really enjoying how people interact with the characters and world building too.
Hmm... I didn't set many goals for this year. I'm hoping to watch 100 movies and read more books. Also just trying to take better care of myself in general. So nothing too big or exciting really. I do have a lot of stuff planned this year, but not really "goals" per say.

Haha yeah hello! I am indeed here. I honestly only started updating this site again about a week ago? I'm surprised people have been checking up on it. But I'm happy to see someone from the server!
I've been doing... ehhhh. It's been very up and down this past year. But things have been going a bit better for me so far in 2026, though maybe not as well as I'd like still. I'm going to try and keep doing my best! It's nice to be writing again (though I did a little writing here and there for fun on another project).
I hope that you have been doing well!

It's been a few years now, so I some of the details might be fuzzy... But IMI was supposed to be a fairly short game made for the yandere game jam. I was super excited since I had always been a big fan of the yandere trope (primarily in manga). My biggest game inspiration was definitely Toma from Amnesia. I love Toma lol.
I really liked the concept of a normal romance game turning into a horror story with the wrong choices... but I wanted to mix it up. I'm not sure how well my idea will track once the game is fully finished. Though I hope people will see the vision of what I am going for!

Thanks! I really hope people do enjoy Devyn's story. I'm excited to get back to it.
I had an amazing time on vacation! I couldn't take my computer with me, so I wasn't able to do a bunch of my usual stuff. But it was nice to focus on having fun for a bit. I met some really cool people and ate way too much good food lol. The weather coming back was a little scary though DX
Thanks! And it's no problem! It's been awhile since I've answered questions like this, so it's pretty fun. I still need to catch up on the old ones >_>
Hmm... unusual ice cream flavors? I've probably had plenty, but the only thing that comes to mind is watermelon gelato. It's one of my absolute favorite flavors! Biscoff cookie ice cream is also super delicious but it's not very common.

Hmm... I don't really have any plants except some tulips that I planted years ago and haven't really touched since. I'm not so good at gardening T_T
I like plants though! Not sure I have a favorite... I used to really like calla lilies, but they aren't pet friendly, so I've been looking for a new favorite flower if I wanted something in the house.
I've thought about what type of plant I'd like to try and grow if I were to take another stab at gardening, and I'd love to try rutabaga! Never had one though.

I don't watch a ton of musicals, but I have seen a few in person and then some movies too. I saw Wicked years ago in the city, and it was very cool! I've seen Fun Home at a local theater. I actually own the graphic novel and plan to read it soon.
I've seen a lot of the Disney musical movies and recently saw the Tangled musical live. Super exciting! I've only watched the movie version, but Phantom of the Opera is really good.

So, I was originally planning to be a comic artist (still am eventually)! I've always really like a mix of art and writing while coming up with my own characters.
I got more into playing VNs and dating sims, so I decided to try making my own. I didn't know how to code at all, but I still planned to make a horror dating sim... then a fantasy BL visual novel... and then I started working as a sprite artist for other devs. So IMI is far from my first step into game dev.
VNs worked well for me since my background is primarily in art. I'm not skilled enough to make other types of games yet, though I would like to someday. I've found my art seems to work well with VNs too? I didn't have a very strong plan at the start though. Just tried it out and had fun!

Thanks! It's not always easy, but I'm trying to focus on making something I'm happy with. If other people enjoy it, that's just a huge bonus :)
Visual novels are actually pretty easy to get into, if you are interested! I'll always recommend trying it out to see if you enjoy it. Knowing any sort of programming is a huge plus. I've seen VNs with stick figures, photoshop pictures, and free to use assets. You could also always team up with an artist if you don't want to draw. Especially a small game jam project is a good place to start!
I've done a decent amount of work both paid and free for other devs. I'm far from a pro, but I'll gladly talk more about it or give advice!
I'm a huge fan of Thai food, especially curry! I could eat it every day, I swear. I really like pickles and cooked vegetables too. I tend to eat tofu or poultry over other kinds of meat. I like sour desserts!
Honestly, I like a lot of foods, but I'm super picky about specific flavors. I absolutely hate onions.

No problem! Hopefully at least some of it's helpful.
Hmm... I get stressed pretty often, but I oftentimes just try to distract/redirect myself by watching a movie, show, or something on youtube. Making a quick snack or drink (not alcohol lol) can also help sometimes. I also occasionally engage in retail therapy... though it's probably not good for me.
For awhile there I was intensely into Marvel Rivals and played it constantly when I felt down. I have like over 300 hours in that game >_<
