Hi, I'm a music producer. I would love to produce the music for that nice game! I really enjoyed it. Do u wanna hit me up on discord? "zhmprod."

this was not meant for mobile devices, but if somebody could maybe tell me how to get upgrade upgrades on mobile if possible, that would be helpful

Maybe the ultimate game with blue versus red aesthetic! Very cool visually.

Among the independent additional weapons, the column of fire and heatwave feels nice as grill-like attack, but the two small areas moving around doesn't.

I think the quantum move upgrade that barely push the droplets closer to your cursor is useless while it has a huge visual effect as all of the droplets move sometimes, and maybe it breaks the rain feeling a bit.

(1 edit)

it's ALMOST possible to do a fully stationary run to the end if you get all powerups except for Time Travel. You still have to move a bit in the last 5 seconds of the run or you die

A little gameplay, a little critique ;)

My eyes are born anew and they are happy.
This game really made them feel good, and I "almost" got way too addicted to this game.

Well done!

This is really fun and I can see it doing well commercially! The only thing that bothers me is having to keep the mouse clicked. I know there is an upgrade to invert the controls, but imo it should not be that way, it should be the default setting

Agreed indeed, it feels kinda lame to have to buy an upgrade for that, which is possible quite early in the game. Also, I tend to avoid the purple triangles instead of using the (inverted) click to turn off my fire, so it's not really useful.

Lovelly!!

I have some suggestions for improvement:
1- Make clearer which upgrades are purchasable, idk if this exists and i struggled because i'm colorblind, but knowing which upgrades i can buy with my money instead of hovering all of them would be nice.

2- Purple triangles are horrible for colorblind people: I know you want a color that its lookalike, but make a colorblind version with red triangles please.

3- I found that most of the upgrades are not so useful, like the money/second and the heat wave ones, maybe making a way for the player to not only rely on the main heat (the mouse) would be cool.

Other than that, i just want more content.

Loved how the purple triangles changed the gameplay! The gameplay was just going back and fourth with the mouse, now i have to be careful for triangles! Thats really cool. For that reason, i would nerf the buff that diminushes the amount of triangles, they're interesting gameplaywise. And more things to change the gameplay would be nice too.

Great game, hope it succeeds

A very interesting and addictive game. You don't have to level up all the available skills to complete the game, but I spent my time and bought everything I could. I have a lot of respect for you for this project

Bumpin music!

great little game

Alright, who's pissing above the grill?

Nice little game, get somewhat tiring as the best way to survive is to just swipe left and right continuously, but otherwise it was fun.

I'm sorry, I don't think I can enjoy this game any more, it's through no fault of the developer, it just feels demoralizing being so trash at it, as I can only survive for like a few seconds.

I hope it goes well, as I do like the art-style and the concept, it's just not for me.

The idea of these incremental games is that you indeed die after a few seconds the first few tries, but then you slowly start upgrading yourself, enabling you to stay alive longer and longer. Give it a shot

Sorry, I simply saw all the enemies and thought it was purposefully designed to expect the player to defeat them from the start, and then maybe increase the number of enemies to gain more points.

(1 edit)

Ah no, that's not how it works indeed. Give it a shot. Maybe these type of games are not for you, but for me the satisfaction is that you keep progressing further and further, discovering more and more.

The game is fun =)) nice and good job

yay i won! This game was super fun and creative lol

Absolutely love it!

nice game rlly fun

(+1)

What a crazy idea for a game. It was fun though.

(+2)

Was fun to progress through, even if a bit grindy if you decide to 100%, having easy mode never turned on. Wish big droplets didnt reduce the total amount of droplets on screen (bad for money making). Also had hoped that full upgrades would render personal heat useless, but the run died at 'Good Luck' without assistance. Cool Game

Sadly unplayable in browser on Android. The upgrades can't be purchased.

I enjoyed this small game. it was fun and I like the design of the game as well. good work.

Şu oyuna türkçe ekleyin. Sol üstteki skillere basmaktan hepsini maksladım. Diğerlerini okumadım bile :D

dev didnt like the criticism from the dude below me? I read the comment and sure it was harsh but definitely also true

randomly lossing hp when not hit.

Edit: Okay why does beraking purple hurt me for like 25-100 damage? You say to not let rain hit the fire yet I have to avoid the purples? what sense does that make?

purple triangles upgrade doesn't do a thing about their spawn rate

This upgrade changes the spawn rate now, i think purple triangles are fun gameplaywise because they change how the game is played (you have to look out for them)

I can't work out what the purple triangles do. I thought that maybe if they hit me a certain amount it kills me, then I though if they touch my personal heat area it kills me but I'm confused now. Does anyone know?
Other than this one thing I am adicted to this game!

(+1)

Rough sizing dimensions for browser lay. Full screen misses borders so you can't read the upgrades or reach the edges. Non full screen creates dead zone where itch lists links to add/rate/view etc.

I found a fairly rare bug, where the gold ring can sometimes move super slowly, and in my case, not move at all.

(+1)

no mobile controls

For some reason I'm taking damage every 10 seconds or so randomly
even while I'm not letting any of the droplets get past; please fix this.
Great game though!

(+2)(-1)

That's because you're hitting the purple drops. The game never tells you that this damages you greatly.

That's the thing though, I'm NOT.

(+2)(-1)

heavily need mobile functions

Seriously, What a Game, Loved It... For a Game Made In 5 Days, This Was Amazing, Wish It Was Lot Longer Now... Thanks a Lot Guys, Appreciate All The Work And Looking Forward To More of Your Future Works... ❤❤❤

Wow. Just wow. I will be back to edit this comment later, but I wanted to say this before I played it. I have NEVER seen a game jump up the list of incremental games this fast. This game went from not even showing up to near the very top. Congrats!

Edit: This game clearly deserved it, because not only does it have some of the best art I've ever seen, the gameplay is satisfying and fun. This is incredibly well made, and I was honestly pretty sad to see it end.

(+3)

i should've remembered about the "difficulty" setting in the options when grinding for all upgrades:
1: buy upgrades on easy
2: swap to hard
3: sell
4: swap back
5: repeat

(2 edits) (+1)

im so colorblind that i dont see purple droplets, if i didnt read the comments i would miss the upgrade too xD, hate them with passion, the % chance seems bs too, 0.005% that means one droplet in 20000 will be purple, but they apper like 1/20. Yeah after some testing, there is litteraly no diffrence in how many purple droplets spawn with lvl 1 upgrade or lvl 8, only lvl 9 works

(+6)

I don't think the purple odds reduction upgrade is working? There seem to be a significant amount even at the second-highest level.

ehm why am I sddenly losing like 20 hp o so at once when not even a droplet is touchign the bottom?

not sure if it is the independent area touching the bottom, the lightning strike or what.
but it sucks.

You lose HP if you vaporise the purple droplets; that's why there is an upgrade available through which you can lower the chances of getting a purple droplet and if you max it you won't get any purple droplets.

Thank you for playing & sorry for the confusion. The reason is likely purple droplets, they deal max hp % based damage when destroyed manually and are meant to be avoided, but game does not teach about this mechanic as it should. Hope it wasn't too disruptive. Cheers!

Incredible game, very fun, very well designed, great work 👍

(+5)

i find that the easiest strat is to turn up the regen stat to max and the money per hurt to ma

Good fun very addictive
