Bug Fixes! The first!

This implements several updates from prior versions. Current bug round-up:
- Removed some debug commands that found their way into the public demo.
- Removed ability to click buttons when the almanac is open
- Made escape key exit the almanac
- Made main menu not require an additional button press if entire animation was watched
- Reduced some dialogue that was just too dang long
- Fixed some typos/duplicate text in dialogues
- Fixed bug that caused chewing sounds to stop playing after a few items were eaten (sorry)
- Add a couple additional helper arrows to make sure people can find the sewer
- Add ability to disable controller rumble
- Fix window placement inconsistencies
