Hi Mac user here. I'm unable to open the game.Unzipping the file and clicking the game icon just shows the message, "nwjs quit unexpectedly". Is anyone else having this issue?
Hiiii, I've been playing your game (which I adore btw) but I wanted to let you know that it freezes right before the jumpscare after finding the letter in the backyard :,) I replayed it but its still doing the same thing? I'm on windows btww
i wrote this as a review originally but more people need to know this game was rlly good. Playing this game reminded me of how much I miss itch.io visual novels. I don't want to spoil much, but Alex and Adam's dynamic is written / displayed sooooo well. Even with reading through stories that have similar plots, it's refreshing when something is still able to keep me on my toes like this game did. I felt like I was getting a grasp on what was coming next and there were so many little curveballs.
Horrible, terrible little thing. I absolutely adored this game, absolutely love Alex and the tenderness he still holds for Adam despite it all; and Adam's obession for Alex is magnificent, absolutely deliciously shown in his unwillingness to let Alex go, in every sense of the word. An absolute masterpiece. Thanks for creating such a wonderful piece of media.
Seriously a great horror game about something so real and terrifying. Reminded me of Otter Island and many psychological horror games like it's not me it's my basement or more recently She's Still Alive. The art and dialogue was insanely creepy, not to mention those sound effects and voice acting!

What a solid little game this was! Truly scary and sad for sure. Managed to get all the endings. Made a video on it.
