Note that Windows already has a socket.py module (under plat-win or
somesuch). You will want to integrate that with any new socket.py that you
implement.
Also note that Windows does some funny stuff in socketmodule.c to export
itself as _socket. (the *.dsp files already build it as _socket.dll)
