I did all the level design, lighting, programming, and sounds. Most of the models are by PizzaDoggy and a few are by Wildenza.

Very solid game. i had a lot of fun playing it! the sanity shader or whatever you did for the static was cool too
this is such a sick game and the world is really well designed with nice controls and a nice physics pick up system
