Learner's Corner

Welcome to the Learner's Corner!

Designed for both for teachers of Java and students learning Java. In this corner of Learn.java you will find:

• Getting Setup - prepare your computer to program in Java by downloading the latest JDK and your preferred IDE. Have some graphical fun with JavaFX as well. You can also use an online IDE environment to create programs or try code segments out in the Java Playground.
• Learn - tutorials for learning Java concepts, filled with explanations and examples.
• Practice - lessons and activities for learners to practice new concepts. Many of these can be done using the Java Playground.
• Apply - a series of mini-labs that provide learners opportunities to apply what they've learned in a larger programming context.
