Oh hi there,
My name is Jake, I'm an freelance Software Developer who works on a bunch of stuff (but not really this website).
My Projects
Freelance Metrics Systems
I do occasional freelance work building full-stack metrics systems for game studios. Some notable examples are:
If you're interested in hiring me to build the metrics system for your game (or non-game), get in touch! I'm happy to do initial consultations & offer recommendations free of charge.
Independent Game Dev
In addition to working on games other people made. I also sometimes make my own!
For PogoChamp I also built a leaderboard system integrated into Discord that automatically posts whenever someone sets a new world record on a level, and whenever someone starts streaming the game on Twitch.

^ This won't be visible until I finish making my Steam page... lol
Software Tools
I also sometimes build software tools for the general public, the most notable of which is FeedbackBot, a straight-forward Discord Bot for collecting user feedback. As of writing this (March 2, 2026), FeedbackBot has collected over 170,000 pieces of feedback across over 1000 servers. It's available for free, over at discordfeedbackbot.com
Secret Software for me and my Friends
I also make a bunch of software that's not for general consumption, and is highly specific to me and my friend group. But I do think some of it is cool and worth sharing a sneak peek:
Smash Bros Stats Website
A metrics website for keeping track of wins and losses in Smash Ultimate. Just for fun. Also we play a lot of Smash... Has match history, an MMR system, support for 4 player battles, various views to slice and dice the data, and a character Randomizer that's better than the in-game one.
Online Dominion
I built a website so me and a friend could play Dominion remotely, because we didn't like the official implementation and wanted to use more of the cards. It works but it's not that pretty (and isn't supposed to be).
Armored Core 6 Part Draft Site
I built a website that let you do a "Parts Draft" in Armored Core 6. Basically a website to run a Magic the Gathering draft, but with Armored Core 6 parts. You and whoever you were playing with were given "Packs" of parts, and had to build a mech from the parts you drafted, then fight. Was a fun little toy project for a few weeks.
