Awesome ive joined in with 3 retro-Fps games, which also Happen to be my best ( Personal opinion of course) all Games are free but only because ppl aint Willing to pay gamedevs even thou wach Game would unser 5 Dollar, with approx, Up to 3 hours playtime, dependent ob Player FPS skills. So If asked ffor ID be willing to chamge to payedewhile Your bundle is Out:)

I Mention this because of the Priority so please i wrote free but this is to be understood as paid But i dont want to chamlnge is before the bundle is released :)

I almost only Test my Game myself before a Public Release, it might Sound odd but im nearly 40  (tomorrow im 39) and i was very activ starting with my First PC Athlon 700 MHz combined with the legendary Voodoo 3 Card which beat all other Card inclzding those by  Nvidia haha anyway i Gott quake3 which was the sh1t Back then, i shortly aftereards bought the ut99 which bought we're AAA Products that really deserved the Game, They both created the term Multiplayer only Games, but Epic and id we're Not dumb, you got bots to Play with and They could  really destroy you in the upper dificulty Strings, haha and ut had Genius Like 40 Maps in 5 Mods and they released their Original  SDK in the Same Wave combined with Internet becoming the Example of Games with longterm success and i mean ppl still Play and creat Maps..

And i was Faschinated you could creat Your very owm worlds i mean you could creat everything the Limit was only Your Imagination....i was 14 and finally fozund a German Guide in include Most stuff you needed to create a Proper Mal, and after2 to 5 Sears i was hosted at the biggest utsite there was called planetunreal i mean all Mappers that Had a Name we're there and so Level Design was my First Love and whatever amyone might think of my Games, IAM an Artist ans nothing but that, i Made sooo much Maps and of call myself pro in this very category, thou id never Call myself progamedev and honestly i wouldnt want to be i fozund my DARK Corner within DIY, i mean i am Artist ans No AAA Dev crowd creating sometbing ID rather call playtic, polisged and Just Made to earn Money and while you might argue that ppl neeed to Live and eat that very true but Here the amount is Just Too High its Like Popmusic, hollywood movied this Money These ppl have is Missing somewhere Else ppl still  starve and die or getting in der way of some dirty Business, No i dont mean only drugs, i mean the 25 biggest companies which make for Most of pollution and i mean every Kind you can think, thats was i reject the free market and im disguested by this hell Unleashed by Economis....

but back to the topic, i tell ppl after ive released a game carefully tested by nme, they can comment on found bugs, so i can fix them, but bugs, and feedback can be very different,....becasue personal preferences of a tester are you are ALLOWED to reject....becasue its one person you know and if you ask 10 ppl, and all say something different, who is right ? lol 

further down the road the way you test your games changes within your possibilites, if you have a team or something orreleasing on steam, you might want to ask ppl, best are ppl that are experienced, who play games and like it and most of all understand that their personal opinion aint a straight forward truth so they mighht be gving you reciommendations or what you could do to avoid something and they dont argue like most ppl do "this is shit, this is ugly" or "you should do...." rather they keep a polite even friendly behaviour and understand that this is not about them or THEM VS THE DEV, rather its to supporting the game, the dev and not according to any egobased stuff...

would be a cheap solution, it f*cks up most stuff, but its unlimited and has shown astonishing results when i created a stylized kinda model

but if you want to go a bit deeper id recommend https://www.3daistudio.com/  as it features more different 3dais within this one, and hunyuan 3.1 which is still beta males wonderful lowpoly models, but it alsod dpends on your approch, becasue you either can created a 3d model from an image or text, i recommend images, at least i ffeelt more comfortable with, also this features image gneration ais, where you theorethically cerate an image of your "text prompt" but imo its rpetty straight forward :)

Haven fun trying it out.....oh and if want to know more or something special about these methods, id be happy to support your journey into AI :D

glad to hear that <3, oh and btw, do you have other portfolios, beside itch as well, honestly i dint found anything really usefule beside  -X-ScornGames (@-X-ScornGames) - Game Jolt, which obviously is also behind itch, but hey itch is the  DIY_INDIE -pushback in the face of any AAA Company/Publisher, holding dear the true core of legendary games like quake, unreal tournament, etc which was not beeing the definition of a product, like hollywood movies, chart music, badically all that sucks damn hard, no the core was ART, and itch hold this principle high above  any other site known to me <3 anyway what i ment, is that gamejolt has one advantage over itch, as it feartures a direct chat (like discord) for befriended devs, as well as the possibilty to arrange your own"message-board" which could be useful if you we would want to deepen the  co-operation <3

great thx let me know if you got a new version :) do you need sprite decorations of various kinds, for instance like various kinds of decorations/props. I could check my libary and upload them later within this thread, if you dont mind :) maybe stuff like furniture or torches,crates etc,  bit of diversity to the overall environment. give me like a hour......oh and do you like this blueish style i havea a spritetool which could fit the textures too, just tell me what you need :) i really like creating such stuff and if i ccan support a fellow indie dev, what could be better <3

hey there, ive tried your game, but unfortunately i couldn't keep on playing for longer, as the graphic was hurting my eyes, further the maze is jsut empty which is too simple, but i understand you made it in 8 days. so i created "better" graphics for you, if you want you can use them as you like:

this would be an alternative ui, feel free to apply any changes as you wish

if you want i can look into my archiev to collect diverse decorations, or whatever you would need

this is going to be pure old-school madness of pure l33tness, aka looking forward to this one <3 great work there. its a shame nowadays "arena" or "old-school" shooters are sparely available.  may i ask if you use a selfmade engine or an offically available one? this looks awesome i mean i love this style, the over-detailed washed out reality sickness of military shootery are really annoying, i would pick an awesome contrasted very saturated colorful style for sure <3 best regards, love and peave <3

HORROR video (games) becasue in this case ive got the right thing for you: (free useable, but fpr 8.50 free per month you gain access to about 100.000 already incluided 3d assets and even gameplay elements, there is a lua scirpt possibility as well as using visualstudio code with extensions to be able to access visual scripting  Yahaha - Horror Game Kit

further:  easy retro-fps engine, thou can ne enhanced with scripting additions  (completely free): Easy FPS Editor CE v1.10.5 by Clark

last but not least: GameGuru MAX on Steam i started with this one i supports lua and many premade behaviouse to attadch to charchters and object, althou i started with the classic edition, thou max aint that cheap, if you're waiting for a sale, i suggest ti try it its rather straughtforward, but be aware poeiple tend ti see this not as a "real" engine :O

this is only what i have installed on my pc currently, ive bought and downloaded far too much which is now secured on my tool-external-hd :D  Furthermore well as pretty much every tool and engine for game-development that is available on steam.... :O

finally i wanted to ask something sepcial: as you have been working with godot, unity and construct....did you ever use gdevelop yet? as id be really interested in the differences and pro and cons of bought tools, this subscription thing kills the fun for me a bit :O

hey, this might be the POSSIBILITY i waited for, you see i have a few started horror games, but 90% of em have not a sinlge idea, what it should be in the end, despite from the theme :D i dont know if you would want to work with a DIY-DEV like me and furthermore i cant really promise much yet, but im in on the jon with 100%pure love for Art (of anykind :D) I currently useYahaha Engine, which is has a part specially made for horror games and such stuff.....I wanted to get a small like maybe 3 hours horror game of any kind on steam in the end, but Im NOT YET a Steam-Dev-Member, means i would have to pay 100 to join, and then 100 to release the game. but id support 50/50 revenue splitting, as im alone, but i CANT pay anything in advanced so there could be a chance that you wouldnt get much money in the end, as it would depend on purchases.....i think if you sell like 100 or 1000 units you get the 100 fee for the game back....welll oh yeah and to give you a few impressions on how this would look kinda graphic wise

nice, this is truely pure l33tness :D if i ever finally make the decision to really get into construct, this is truely a must have. Awesome! You see, as construct is subscription based service, im currently not able to try it out (end of the month....cash is rare lol) and im currently member on GDdevelop 5 and Yahaha Engine.....

dont tell anyone, but im holding a few AI subscriptions as well.... :O but i dont support PURE AI SLOP MADESS....you see there is another wave of ai developers, who dont violate any copyright, as they train their ai purely on licensed stuff (3d and 2D) and im using it "ethically" an ai gen thing whatever it might be is just a part of a mosaic, which may be my menu artwork or whatever....which is kinda like what the pop-art artists did back then.....anyway best wishes for your further plans on this gem, ill recommend it to anyone, who is using construct of my friends....best regards, love and peace
