how so? because the way i see it YOU TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER WHEN YOU SLEEP ONLY TO RETURN IT BACK ON AND WOALAH YOU HAVE NEARLY MAX NULL ESSENCE JUST FROM SLEEPING YOU IDIOT. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE THE GAME RUNNING 90% OF THE DAY. IT WASNT UNTIL I WAS GETTING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF PRISTINE LIGHT THAT I DIDNT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER BUT THAT 10x BOOST FROM NULL ESSENCE IS LOOKING LIKE I WOULD REALLY NEED IT RIGHT NOW SINCE MY QUINTESSENCE IS AT A NEAR STANDSTILL AND I HAVE SECTORS THAT NEED SECURING. THAT NULL ESSENCE IS LOOKING VERY FUCKING NEEDED RIGHT ABOUT NOW AINT IT?

what were you expecting? its not like how you download a game on your phone you actually have to extract the files and run the .exe in it that is usually something like game.exe now idk if this works properly with the itch.io app for pc (separate download and requires you to add the stuff to a collection before you can even glimpse explicit content via the app) but if you use the itch.io app and do things properly 99% of all itch games can be simply started just from the itch ap (there are a few games where the person who created the game uses a separate link that the app is unable to really use and therefore has to be ran without the app) idk if this game falls into itch app runable (i will soon find out when they do their update this week) now if you are illiterate and cant understand what any person with some experience with computers should know then im inclined to believe you shouldnt be playing the game at all due to not being of appropriate age (this is just me taking inferred guesses since you seem to have trouble understanding common sense)
