Don’t hesitate to submit them in game (pause menu > missing word). I’ll add them to the list

Such a good atmosphere. I loved the texturing, sound design and everything, in fact!

I’d love to see a behind-the-scenes where you show how you achieved the look and shaders.

I played the Windows version through wine because the linux build was not yet available, but it ran perfectly smooth.

Thank you! I’m focusing on PC release first but I’m not against a potential mobile release too ;)

Thanks for your feedback. I know touch controls are not optimal right now. It’s not yet my focus as I’m targetting PC first. I’ll definitely make it better in the future.

Thanks for your comment, I’ll take a look

You’re right thanks for reporting! I already have a fix, I’ll push asap

The mute button is just to mute Pip during the tutorial so he doesn’t do pigeon noise when talking

Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed :) hmmm, I’m adding it to the list

Oh yeah that should not be possible, thanks!

Lol, I might put that into a scrollContainer! Thanks for sharing :)

thanks for submitting! I think itch might restrict my api request somehow, I’ll check what’s happening!

itch is broken then lol

Oh, I’ll take a look thanks for reporting!

It’s quite powerful compared to the rest yes. I’ll work on balancing very soon!

Oh yeah submitting a word by mistake is painful, I’ll see what I can do!

I don’t want to show the scrolls effect indeed but I understand that seeing the purple gem only when you validate can be frustrating. I’ll fix it :)

Thanks a lot for playing :)

Thanks a lot! I might make the popup on letters optional. Once you know the game they’re not really needed anymore.

yeah unfortunately playing in the browser is not ideal especially the first time as some shaders have to compile and it can get quite choppy.

I’ll verify that and add it to the words ;) You should be able to submit it using the built in tool in the pause menu

The key is to spell long words if you can. Don’t hesitate to request more letters initially using the button on the right of the cauldron (but be careful of overflow). More letters == more multiplier so the score will grow quite a lot

Thanks!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately this is problably a web specific bug so I don’t know if I’ll be able to do anything about it but it’s good to know. Ill fix the sellout bug too, thanks for reporting :)

Thank you! I recently redid it to make it more alive so I’m glad you enjoyed it

Thanks a lot for your feedback :)

Yeah I used a similar palette, I love the game

Merci beaucoup!

Could be that my request fails on the web build? I’ll investigate. Thanks for your comment

You can go into endless mode or retry with a higher difficulty!

Thanks for your comment, I’ll make sure to verifiy its working

Thanks, I’ll check it out asap!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you! Sometimes there’s a small bug when you already have selected a letter and it merges with another one. This creates a discrepency between what you see and what the game counts. This could explain why scuplture and manipulator didn’t score. I think this is what happened here because both sculpture and manipualtore are valide words.

In any case, don’t hesitate to submit words using the tool in the pause menu.

Thanks for your feedback! I totally agree with the tutorial, I want to rework it.

I also agree with the overflow mechanic, I’m exploring ways to make it not time sensitive.

Hey, thank you for reporting! The bug is fixed in the latest version (0.0.18), let me know if you have any issue

Embedding soundcloud would be awesome to preview but you could also just link a youtube video. There’s also this tool which allows you to create a simple music player that will be launched on your page https://torcado.itch.io/scritch-editor

Also zipping your files would make it easier to download

Thanks! I have a performance update nearly ready I’m just waiting for the playtest to finish.

Thank you so much! We’re working towards a new demo and a full release ;)

Cool art direction and game idea. I feel like the gameplay is too slow at the start. I get that you get upgrades to change that but it feels frustrating. Also the hitbox on the player seems quite big as touching an enemy with the top of your head will damage you. Other than that, cool game! Congrats

Cool mechanic, liked the idea! Congrats

Cool idea, definitely harder than it looks! I like the cute pixelated aesthetic. Congrats

I really like the idea and the ambiance but to be honest the controls are too confusing. It’s fine to have a lot of buttons but it’s not fun to scan every to see if it’s intractable or not. I feel like you can guide the player more to tell a better story. Congrats for your entry

Cute game! A bit weird to kiss those frogs though lol. Congrats for your entry

Such a polished game! I loved it. A cool twist on snake and it’s very satisfying to eat everything. My only complaint is that progression is a bit slow.

Also, I was pushed outside of the screen on the dragon fight unfortunately. Really cool game nonetheless congrats!
