Hi! Will this game ever recieve a full release? I really enjoyed it!

I made a video completing the mountain level with no patients dying! I'll hopefully get the first level done this summer, but it's been impossible so far

So, I have an idea about the dude sitting in front of the hole: he only dies if we go near him because him and us talking alerts the Hastovenator to his presence. So maybe it is attracted to noise/smell more than anything else? Because it also just attacked everyone in the mall, and maybe that was because it thought they were it’s normal prey/predators or something 

Loved this game! I also rescued the blue shirt guy at the beginning. Just wondering, why aren't there more survivors? Because the description says that hundreds were wounded, so shouldn't there be more people?
