Really nice presentation, great use of just black and white and I like the way you merge letters to make patterns (like X and N). The heart room was my personal favourite.
Thank you for bringing my attention to 'The art of computer designing' too - I'll definitely check that out.
thank you! <3! Yes, I think the way some letters merge when tiled is fascinating, I think with some more work on the font I could find even more patterns like those
This is fantastic, it feels so much like a dream in a way that’s hard to articulate. Like, simultaneously surreal and and like there are layers of hidden meaning/significance? Going through the text output feels the same as trying to interpret a dream, which is a really cool mood. I also really love the moire effects you got through the close-set b/w type.
This was really compelling! The conceit of a dream recording device that only outputs letters is, somehow, the most dream-like idea of them all. It definitely works.
Very much enjoyed the Osamu Sato-like symmetrical compu-weirdness and non-sequitur transitions. Very nicely done!
Very surreal. I had a hard time imagining this theme for some reason (call it fatigue), but you created something really engaging here. I'll have to give it another go-through later today.

a dream to text... next thing, we'll inject text in our brains and it gets converted in a dream
idea for the sequel!
Wonderful music, I really love games with this kind of oneiric/lonely atmosphere.
Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liked the music <3

Thank you! I'm glad the Osamu Sato inspiration reached you!

thank you! To be honest, I expect some other games in the jam to use this same idea, but we'll see what happens when the jam is over!
