Sonic 3D in 2D

I tried making a music pack but I didn't know how the milliseconds worked, and I'm aware of the example on the LoopInfo.txt file but the example felt too vauge for me. Can anyone actually help me with how I do milliseconds (I did it with Audacity but I counted the minutes and seconds cuz I thought there wasn't any other way to do it)

I would like an android version if possible.

upon beating the boss i stand by my claim it is stupidly hard for new players

I was playing quietly when, in the second area of the game, I died and appeared underwater at a respawn point, but out of nowhere, when I appeared, I died, over and over again until I closed the game.

Does anyone know if this is normal or if it's a bug that's still being fixed?

I played this fangame like 2 or 3 years ago, I really had fun trying to unlock every characters and finding the special stage rings. I personally think it's the best way to play Sonic 3D Blast. 

Such a shame that in VirusTotal it has a score of 19/71.

I'd be lying if I said it wouldn't stop me from playing it again...              ;-;

Hi. do you know why it keeps saying virus detected when i download the S3D2d-1.35 15-09-24.zip file, but when i download the S3D2d Saturn DLC.zip file, it works? :(
