Just not very good. No resolution options was frustrating as the game had cutoff elements on my screen.
Once the villain gets introduced you can't help but feel the tension drop because you already know whats going to happen next and it gets worse with every additional story element introduced. The actual scare was just a loud noise followed by a goofy-ass animation that made all the tension it managed to build due to the novel scenario of isolation you feel working in a gas station at night wasted.
I got more scared by shelves popping in and out of existence from bad optimization than by anything else.
Call me mean, I think the scare needs more love. It felt cheap and rushed compared to the rest of the game, but the game was fun overall and I did enjoy it. 8/10 ~Toasty
Great game, love it. It's too short Tho but still the jump scare kind of scared me. I didn't jump but my brain tickled after that jump scare. I think the game should be a bit longer Tho; I also want more freedom for example I want more buttons and stuff I can do. I like the realism Tho but I want it so there's like a skip button for talking so you don't have to wait for the animation, because for someone like me my computer is laggy, so it takes so long for the animation. I love the idea, Tho; it reminds me of night shift horror games.
Spent what I thought would be a chill gas station night — then The Pit Stop said ‘goodnight’ with weird customers and scary vibes 😅 I also do voice acting, so if you ever need VO, check out my page: https://waffledew.itch.io
Amei o jogo, muito bom, pena que acaba rápido! Postei no meu canal para meus inscritos conhecerem. Se criar algo mais longo e com mais sustos ficará ainda melhor. Quero mais jogos, valeu Dev!
Few bugs and issues, things stop rendering literally 2 meters away and it looks awkward and weird, literally you can walk back and forth in front of something and see it disappear/appear/glitch. In the garage, you hear the "outside" noise, instead of the "inside" like where the computer is, and if you walk to the sides of the garage a weird white orb may flash you.
The story is a bit...meh, feels rushed/random, the idea/concept is there, but once the boss tells me that there should be no Mark, why am I not instantly calling the police/being careful? I know a random guy just came walking and says he's there to train or whatever, he's lying, and I wait the next customer? What? And fill her pump? Especially after another random guy before Mark asked "are you alone?" and left without pump. Also, as I was outside and I was looking inside, I saw the door open and...he didn't come out? That also was awkward.
And the jumpscare was absolutely random.
With a few bug fixes, improved renderings, improved story and a bit more work it can be a funny, nicely made short horror, for now it's lacking.
Short, simple, and straight to the point. The gameplay is very smooth and the atmosphere is set up to be unsettling early, all leading up to that jumpscare. Good experience! Although we gotta start making some smarter main characters lol.

The Pit Stop is short, simple, and gives you that uneasy night shift feeling...
Holy shit this sucks. Nice graphics I guess.

I got stuck in the bathroom when mark goes in, serves my right for trying to cheese it.
not bad. I hope to be full time on youtube one day!
I have a very good game, but it's a shame the story is left hanging. But I'm glad there's a CaseOh.
