Everything loops in Sloop! You swing in a loop on a lasso, you throw boomerangs in loops, and you ride looping whirlpools. Sloop is built with loops in its DNA!

The lasso mechanic is so fun once I learned how to pull it off. Great game!

Reword RestoreThe game was super fun! I love the art and the vibes of it. It did feel a bit weird to move, it was pretty hard to turn and to aim your rope but when you get better, it was fun to zoom through the earlier levels! (By the way you know you can change the boot splash in godot which is what I also used to make my game to anything like a black screen or something else if you want to).
Unexpectedly epic, fun and addicting. Controls system is a bit hard, but grapsable. I like that the ship is asymmetrical - rules are oddly specific, this makes it more interesting. However I feel like with current balance you barely want to use higher ship speeds, and instead just try to survive the level while being as slow as possible. Maybe with less rocks, or with several lives to crash through, game would feel less foddian and more dynamic. Overall it's crazy fun, looks and sounds fantastic, great job! Music rocks!

The Last Maintenancehey thank you! I think some of the difficulty has come as a tad of a surprise to us haha. I think we underestimated how much playing your own game makes you good at it and how hard it would end up being for new comers that haven’t been play testing it for like 40-50 hours. I am glad you enjoyed it! I’ll try to play through your game tonight!

MacroBeastsCool game! Great movement and nice artwork. I just think the connection to the theme could be enhanced slightly as it seems only certain features are loosely connected to a 'loop' (like the lasso or whirlpool), instead of the game being based on it.

Loop CuisineI really struggled to hit anything with the lassoo (likely just a skill issue :P)! The artwork is really nice though and the soundtrack really gets me excited to venture the seas, slinging lassoos and boomerangs all over the place! :P
Glad to see another boat-based game with whirpools, we almost called ours something sloop related! Despite our boat not even actually being a sloop, unlike yours! :D
Fantastic pixel art! I think the whirpools were the only jarring part
It took me some time to get use to the controls, and it was still diffiicult to control, but forgivable enough because you didn't had to hit targets again after dying
