How does the game fit the theme?
The protagonist is put in a strange place of mind by the drive to avenge his sister.

The ruins he must explore to do this are not normal either.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All of the music except for the boss fight was found online as free to use. Same with the heart image, the projectiles shot by the frogs and the player, the sound icon, and the fonts.

How many people worked on the game?

Good job!  Short game, but extremely enjoyable. Like the art style and music. Especially the boss music.

Cool little game. Enemies could have some pause time when you enter a level because you get instantly jumped lmao. Also in my opinion the floor tiles are a bit noisy, but it fits the jungle temple aesthetic.

Excellent game! I loved the boss fight; it was fun

Very cool ! good job !

It was a bit hard distinguishing the frog enemies from the cool tile art and I did get stuck once when I accidentally pushed and enemy out side of one of the rooms. I still enjoyed playing, thank you!

Boss and menu art is cool!

The floor tiles were a bit confusing as it looked like some of those are obstacles or inner walls. Arrow keys for shooting would make more sense too.

Just lovin' the boss music, well done on that!  Otherwise was a nice game, enjoyed my play through

This was nice, I think for some feedback WASD should be movement and Arrow keys should be shoot, this would make it easier to dodge and shoot. The music was a vibe

This was a very nice entry for the jam! I loved the polishness of your work: nice visuals and sound effects. Good concept too :) I wonder were some levels procedurally generated? I died once and spawned in a different place I think. I played the whole game. I liked the final boss. It was well developed story too. Well done, keep jamming :)
