Nice game, I liked the combination of tile switching and moving the wizard.

Its pretty cool! Very good for a 4 man group!

Perhaps you would like to try out my game :D

Remarkable! It's so surprise to see a game with community creation support in a Jam.

Submitted(+1)

I could not get past the account creation menu. I could find an available username, but no matter what I did, could not enter the game. :(

Developer

Hi Squid Im sorry to hear that :/ on which platfrom did you have this issue?

Submitted

No worries! I was playing in the browser, using Chrome. Did you have a windows download also? I can try that again tonight. Might have better luck

Developer(+1)

Yes we have a windows build

I think you were in the login window, I just tested on chrome on Windows and was able to create an account, the UI is not very clear and won't let you go back to the main menu and choose to create account

I got it working! Wow this is very impressive for a Game Jam, really nice work. The community stats and level editor are really well polished. And the gameplay makes for a great puzzle game. I hope you go on to create a full publish or commercial of this game! That would be great to see it get more attention

Submitted(+2)

Really impressive. The game has the potential to be a big hit if you keep developing it and adding new tiles with fresh mechanics!

Submitted(+1)

It looks and feels nice, but the actual gameplay was a bit flat. I enjoyed the green palette and cover art though

Submitted(+2)

Really Nice Game!  Good job!

Submitted(+2)

There is so much content for a game made in a week, incredible job! Really impressed, hope you guys do well, had a lot of fun

Submitted(+2)

Nice puzzles, I definitely needed to think more on the next levels, good job!

Submitted(+2)

Absolutely Fantastic, this was so much content for the amount of time! The art is so beautiful. Gave you a burner password though nice TRY. Love the tile shifting mechanics, happy to see more puzzles tossing me back to my bioshock hacking days!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Dammit, here we were trying to collect REAL passwords :(

Developer

hahahaha good call, we don't collect emails for the same reason lol. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Really cool concept --it surprised me twice: once with when you can move the wizard and then with the level-creator and multiplayer aspect. Kudos!

Developer

Thanks for playing dude!

Submitted(+1)

I didn't expect a multiplayer game at all! this is really impressing, great job!

(i just wanted to pet that cat..)

Developer

you can pet the cat! check the credits  😉👉👉

That’s sick! It’s pretty rare to see an online game in a game jam, and being able to customize your own level, play other people’s levels, and even have leaderboards on top of that is really impressive. It’s very well polished overall.

Developer

TBH not to toot our own's horn but using Nakama made it so much easier to implement those online features specially for being an open source project, I highly recommend it!

Submitted(+1)

This is so crazy that you made this!!! :0 bro made zelda mario maker for a game jam!!! Impressive af :0

Developer(+2)

Bro don't even start, you made cotton candy Cuphead! <3 I n s a n e ! (Thanks for playing!)

Submitted(+2)

Very polished and cohesive game. Visually great. Good animations and sounds. With a level creator too. Well done.

Submitted(+2)

amazing ideia, everthing is very well tied together, the music and the visuals, challenging and very fun, congratulations

Artistically perfect. Consistent, cohesive, including the audio.
The concept is simple but well executed ! Pretty well made experience.
Feel free to test our game ! (especially if you like pixel art héhé)

Developer(+1)

Will do for sure! thank you for noticing :D

Submitted(+3)

A fun puzzle. It's challenging to solve the levels.

Submitted(+3)

Impressive! I was already intrigued by the nice cover art and very deliberate visual choices, but the game still exceeded my expectations. The game itself is good, of course, but adding all the replayability from the level editor and high scores really makes it shine. Hats off to you.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! we were going for a Game Boy aesthetic and limited us to use only 4 colors.

All the backend was made much easier using Nakama, it saved us so much time you have no idea.

Submitted(+1)

Ah, didn't think of that. You nailed that reference. Nakama seems very nice. I'll try to remember it if we get a multiplayer idea :)

Submitted (1 edit) (+3)

This was such a treat. I would have never guessed this was made in a week. MY HATS OFF TO YOU!

Honestly impressed with the amount of polish and the number of features. A god damn level editor??? Are you guys/girls human?

Developer(+1)

Thank you! we spent a lot of time getting this to work like it should. Playtesting early helped us catch the little UX problems from the beginning and orient our polish tasks. And yes we're all humans hahaha, if anything my cat also helped as emotional support.

Submitted(+3)

Noted. Cat = Success lol
