This time around, we are doing things a bit differently. The jam will be made out of 2 parts.
Also this jam is sponsored by CraftPix, you can read more about it down below 👇

This jam is all about celebrating games with a girly vibe, because girly games are just as creative, innovative, and fun as any other genre just with a little more fun aesthetic!
Think early 2000s girly nostalgia like GirlsGoGames, Avatar Star Sue, Barbie, Bratz, etc.
So what are you waiting for? Let's go! Everyone is welcome here!!
👉Join our community on Discord to find teammates, share your progress, chat with fellow creators, and stay updated on jam announcements!
The chosen theme is The small Things!

💙 Audio: Is the sound design immersive and fitting?
💜 Innovation: Does the game bring a fresh twist to girly games?

So, Why CraftPix?
I had the pleasure of personally speaking with Stas, and what I loved is that you can use their free assets and even change their colors or modify them to perfectly fit your game here in the jam. Their assets are all human made. And Stas was very nice and helpful.
That's why I felt they were a very good fit to be our first sponsor.
Thanks once again to Stas and CraftPix for sponsoring our Girly Game Jam! <3

Nope! The Girly Game Jam is open to everyone! The goal is to create games that embrace girly aesthetics and themes, but anyone is welcome to bring their unique perspective. We encourage diversity and inclusivity!
Is AI-generated content allowed?
AI-assisted coding (autocomplete tools) is allowed. No copy-pasting large amounts of AI-generated code. No AI-generated art or music.
Can I use pre-made assets?
Yes! You’re welcome to use pre-made assets, as long as you have the proper license and give credit to the original creators.
Why was my game disqualified?
If your game violates the rules (e.g., using copyrighted music or pre-made game), it will be disqualified.
Can I appeal a disqualification?
Yes! I will leave a comment on your game page explaining the reason for disqualification. If you believe it was unfair, you’re welcome to appeal.
I want to do something but am not sure if it’s a good idea... what should I do?
Contact me! You can make games pretty freely on the subject, even horror games! as long as you provide appropriate triggers/warnings (e.g., flashing screens or blood).
What happens if I still managed to miss the deadline?
Since the first part is less competitive, if you have a legit reason you missed the deadline, please contact me immediately through Discord, like ASAP.
Important Note & Personal Request:
Please don’t make it hard on me; I’m not going to sit and wait for hours after submissions are due. If you have any problem at all (computer dies, bad experience, etc.), contact me! I’m here to help, and I want all participants to have fun, just don’t use it to cheat, and we are fine ;)
