That guy just insulted you and that can't be. The only problem is that you're a little bit drunk and see double (or maybe you're hallucinating). Find the real one and give him a proper punch.

There's a visual aid for low health that decided to stop working at the end. 

The player has 10 health points and beer restores 5, so you can guess how much hp you have left.
