Two things I'd like to see:

1. We can become a younger female version of ourselves and go to school, while simultaneously transitioning back into men. It adds new content, and we can see what younger kids are taught.

2. We can become a younger version of ourselves and see what boys do in class, and because of this, schoolchildren will be able to recognize us even when we're adults. And we could slowly feminize ourselves; perhaps the students themselves will feminize us.

I have a couple of ideas:

1. One of the last stages will make the Main Character much younger, because of which he will start going to school. At the same time, he can go to part-time jobs.

2. Add the ability to leave the hero outwardly feminine (a girl), but return him to the understanding of who he was. It is also possible to make it so that the world will still remember him as a man, because of which he will have to pretend to be another person, this would add a lot of interesting scenes.

3. Add a purchase and choice of clothes.

4. Add more different jobs, and more scenes for them.

5. Add more characters, friends and parents, ex-girlfriends (who could ruin the life of the main character) and other characters.

6. Add more erotic and sexual scenes.

And is it possible to turn into someone other than your sister, your girlfriend, and the cafe worker? I wonder what the last two interact with the game.
