Hand-drawn animation, inspired by Ptah

Based upon real Egyptian artworks including wall paintings, tomb reliefs, sculptures, artifacts, temples and the Egyptian Book(s) of the Dead [and Caverns and Gates].

Our game artwork is original, created by hand one frame at a time, based upon history imbued with the magic the Egyptians themselves would recognize and approve!

We target all major platforms for our games' releases including GOG️, Linux, PC, PlayStation®5, Steam (and Steam Deck), Nintendo Switch 1/2, and Xbox Series X|S.

Our games fully support keyboard and industry standard controllers.

Going Forth By Day will tentatively pre-alpha test release during late Q4 of 2026 starting with Steam builds.

About Us

Grip Fast Gameworks, LLC is an independent solo game development studio based in the central San Joaquin Valley of California. We've worn many hats over the years from information technology system administration through web development, combined with an academic career teaching traditional drawing, painting and art history at the university level. We first began our dev journey back in 2017 when asked to create a VR lighting simulator as a sales exhibition demo utilizing Steam's OpenVR SDK, created via Unity for the HTC Vive. We love games!
