Fix Obsidian plugin submission issues

- Add MIT LICENSE file
- Update manifest.json:
  - Change plugin ID: solo-rpg-notation → solo-ttrpg-notation
  - Change plugin name: Solo RPG Notation → Solo TTRPG Notation
  - Update description (removed "Obsidian" reference)
- Remove example files and .claude settings
