This is what I have done.

1. git clone https://github.com/saghen/blink.cmp.git into directory ~/.config/nvim/pack/nvim/start/
2. Save the prebuilt frizbee package https://github.com/saghen/blink.cmp.git into $data which is discovered by running this command :echo stdpath('data') in nvim and points to the ~/.local/share/nvim directory.
3. In my ~/.config/nvim/lua/plugins/blink_cmp.lua file, I included this statement:

    require('blink.cmp').setup {
      fuzzy = { implementation = "prefer_rust_with_warning" },
    }

However, I am still getting this error message when nvim is started:

blink.cmp  No fuzzy matching library found! Try building from source via  build = 'cargo build --release'  in your lazy.nvim spec and re-installing, or switch to a git tag
via  version = '1.*'  in your lazy.nvim spec, or set fuzzy.prebuilt_binaries.force_version 

Appreciate guidance to resolve this issue.
