Tool tip information which gets displayed upon hovering should also be displayed with keyboard focus.

How to reproduce?

1. Open URL: https://quasar.dev/vue-components/tooltip/ in latest edge browser.
2. Quasar Framework screen will be opened.
3. Press tab key to reach till 'Hover me' control which is present under basic.
4. Verify whether Tooltip information is getting displayed when focus lands on 'Hover me' control or not.
