virtualenv permission denied #190
Description
Problem:
error: could not create '/Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/gitlab': Permission denied
This should not be installing here, it should be in the virtual env/lib directory
Reproduce:
virtualenv env
source env/bin/activate
pip2.7 install pyapi-gitlab
Platform:
OSX
