Dependent upon completion of #268

I need to verify and remove existing license text from all locations including:

• readme.md
• documentation.xhtml
• all JS and CSS files

New license text will only occur in license.txt document. readme.md and documentation.xhtml will refer claim project is under MIT license and point to the license.txt for the text of the license.
