Good for a chuckle. Nothing in the grammar leaps out at me, so I'll sign off on it being an Easter egg (as opposed to an alien egg).

Well, now we have people who shit post! (as an Easter Egg)
This is another branch I've been sitting on for 4 years. I got inspired when watching this video, Why did a TIME TRAVELLER need this old IBM computer?, about John Titor which is part of Internet lore. Basically, he posted on BBS forums claiming to be a time traveler from the future, and he had knowledge of things yet to pass, like computer before their release. There's even a Japanese series that reference it.
