Add a debug tab to display the colors defined in the current theme and hot-edit them. Also removed the unused Galaxy Stats tab (will restore in a further PR if needed).

This should hopefully make debugging (and consolidating) our explosion of theme colors much simpler, and provide our UI wizards some extra tools for playing around with UI mockups in the game itself. |

Ha, I really love the things you do in the debug window, it's like that's developing into a game in itself. I'm sure @johnbartholomew and @laarmen are drooling to get back into developing pioneer again. Yes, that was a completely random ping, sorry. |
