Observed behaviour

From basically the same gamesave that crashed during loading in #6047
Pioneer-250203-gamesaves-Olympus.zip
I managed to stumble on the 1st Hull Auto-Repair System of that version but even with everything but propulsion sold, and of course having enough money for the purchase, I keep getting the message

Your ship is fully equipped.

as seen in:

Update 1:
Even changing to both the Lodos and Vatakara at that starport then trying the same thing fails.

Update 2:
If you use the working gamesave on the issue that was mentioned before, #6047 , it does the same using another item I want to get back to match my gamesave of the previous official release, Large plasma accelerator, as seen in:

Expected behaviour

Hull Auto-Repair System being purchased & installed.

Steps to reproduce

Load gamesave in section Observed behaviour, look for sales, try to purchase the one for Hull Auto-Repair System.
