Hid carousel indicators because they kept overlapping the button. Licenses from Flickr photos may not be for all uses. Uncredited photos, artwork can be updated, 1024x600 recommended size. Zoom would be nice as wide view doesn't due some photos justice.

You're right about permissions/copyright being an issue. Some of the images you've included are all rights reserved, and even those posted under CC license could change without notice at any time. I recommend choosing new images from the San Mateo County user (https://www.flickr.com/photos/sanmateocountyphotos/), which are posted specifically by the County offices and give us full permission to use. If you'd like to keep the ones you have, please contact the photographers and document their permission, if given. Thanks for your work on this! |

Carousel indicators were hidden because they overlapped the button. Licenses for pictures from Flickr may not be for all uses. Some pictures are uncredited, recommend 1024x600 photos for new and replacement photos. Photos in wide view aren't picturesque.
