Description
Update the examples in README document to use Node.js 24 (Active LTS).
Motivation and Context
The README document uses the older Node.js 22 (Maintenance LTS) version in examples. To take advantage of newer features and bug fixes, examples should use the best stable version which is Node.js 24, the Active LTS version.
