I think this should be moved to the streamplot module, to have the function streamplot from there coherent with this one.
The documentation should also be updated.

streamplotstill has a hard coded defaultzorderof2. The default kwarg value should beNone, and useLines2D.zorderas the default for the plot.Addresses #7178 (comment)
