--no-network not recognized as valid option for tests.py

Hey, with 1.5.1rc1, following the documentation:

```
python tests.py --no-network
Usage: tests.py [options]

tests.py: error: no such option: --no-network
```

works fine with --eval-attr="not network" ; also works fine with --pep8 --no-pep8
