It seems that suptitle() is using the default font size and there's no way to customize the default font size, while title() is using axes.titlesize.

I always have to specify the 'size' parameter when using suptitle, which is inconvenient.

I'd love to have a "figure.titlesize", which defaults to 'xx-large' for consistency.
