With version 26.9.0 I am unable to scroll the tab list up or down, in any way, no visible scroll bar, and my mouse scroll wheel doesn't do anything when over the tab list (scroll wheel works fine for the main "webpage" part of the app), except for by rearranging the tabs

I am using windows 10
