Description
A personal genome analysis toolkit driven entirely by Claude Code. Features a well-structured CLAUDE.md that orchestrates Python analysis scripts for raw DNA data (health risks, pharmacogenomics, ancestry, nutrition, and 15+ other categories) and generates a single-page HTML dashboard with a terminal/hacker aesthetic. A practical example of using CLAUDE.md as the primary interface for a domain-specific scientific workflow.
Validate Claims
Clone the repo and open Claude Code in the project directory. The CLAUDE.md file provides complete instructions for the DNA analysis workflow. Claude Code reads the CLAUDE.md and understands the entire pipeline: configuring genome files, running analysis scripts, parsing markdown reports, and generating the terminal-style HTML dashboard. No special permissions or network requests are needed beyond standard Python execution.
Specific Task(s)
Ask Claude Code to review the project structure and explain how the CLAUDE.md orchestrates the DNA analysis workflow. The CLAUDE.md covers the complete pipeline from raw genome data to a styled single-page HTML visualization, demonstrating how domain-specific instructions can turn Claude Code into a specialized scientific analysis tool.
Specific Prompt(s)
"Generate DNA Terminal webpage from the reports following the CLAUDE.md instructions and STYLE_GUIDE.md"
