Description of changes
This PR adds a complete Amplify Gen1 starter template for building a store locator application with maps, location search, and geofence collections. Includes Cognito auth with user pool groups, a PostConfirmation Lambda trigger for automatic UserGroup assignment, and comprehensive setup documentation. Serves as a migration test case for Gen1 to Gen2 tooling with geo category support.
