.zip structure is proper, the sprite seems to be in there.

Description
Adds default raid icons for Manectric.
Motivation and Context
Manectric has now been added as a tier 2 raid boss, so we need default icons for it.
How Has This Been Tested?
Small test instance.
(As ever with raid icon updates please check that the zip file format is correct)
