Please also add a test for the case where the scriptblock has formal parameters:

 & { param ($x)  (Get-PSCallStack)[0].Arguments } 'foo'

and another where multiple arguments are passed to the scriptblock:

 & { (Get-PSCallStack)[0].Arguments } 'foo'  'bar'
