Add a License file from the github license chooser that is simular to the ISC license used on npmjs.com

I am excited from js-sql-parser and want to use it in one of my projects with some tweaks. But I cant, because there is no license to allow it. So I added one that is as simular as possible to the ISC license that you used when publishing on npmjs.com. I hope to guess your intention ;-) |
