Flashpoint Proxy 1.2.1

	This library sets up a process to connect to the Flashpoint Server via
	both the HTTP and FTP protocols upon being loaded in the process.
	
	It blocks any HTTPS website from being accessed. Compatible with any
	application which uses the WinInet library on any Windows PC with
	an installation of Internet Explorer 5 or later.
