TBDev Torrent site recreated with codeigniter

I started this project to learn Hmvc coding and wanted to pull TbDev into a better way to code. The original source of TbDev is a mess......realy it is. this is my attempt to make it better.

This is a working project, i diden do anything to the source for more then 4 years so take it as it is and make it better please.
