On January 31, 2017 @chubin posted on Twitter (https://goo.gl/PScp1a) the announcement of a new feature: wttr.in is multilingual now. `curl -H "Accept-Language: fr" wttr.in` or `curl http://wttr.in/?lang=fr` for the localized version. I was able to implement only the query string option and it must be changed manually before run the script, with the hope that it can be further improved.

Update localized weather.sh
A modified script variant to run on the terminal emulator for Android and linux environment app, Termux. Added the q0 (quiet 0 days) option to the script, for better output visualization on device displays. Install it as follow: chmod +x weather.sh && mv weather.sh $PREFIX/bin/weather
