ethernet: add dual Ethernet ports support

add mult ethernet ports support, report status to up application
currently we only tested 2 ethernet ports

headless: remove UI from Android

Main work:
1. stop Surfaceflinger from starting
2. cut off the binder comunication from SurfaceFlinger and UI services
3. Remove the UI service like WindowManager and ActivityManagerService
