Update the URL to the upper-constraints file to point to the redirect rule on releases.openstack.org so that anyone working on this branch will switch to the correct upper-constraints list automatically when the requirements repository branches. Until the requirements repository has as stable/wallaby branch, tests will continue to use the upper-constraints list on master. Change-Id: I350ab2a4a4b621eadfeef23570701d03402681c8
Python bindings to the OpenStack Trove API
This is a client for the OpenStack Trove API. There's a Python API
(the troveclient module), and a command-line script
(trove). Each implements 100% of the OpenStack Trove
API.

command-line tool. You may also want to look at the OpenStack API
documentation.
python-troveclient is licensed under the Apache License like the rest of OpenStack.
